Who We Work With

Parents & Families

At Mini Wonders, we understand that no one knows your child better than you do. Families are at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about creating a supportive, welcoming environment where children can thrive and parents feel listened to, understood, and empowered.

We know that navigating life with a child who has additional needs can sometimes feel overwhelming. From appointments and equipment to school support and everyday routines, families are often balancing so much behind the scenes. Our role is not only to provide expert physiotherapy, but also to become a trusted part of your wider support network; offering guidance, reassurance, and continuity throughout your child’s journey.

Every child is unique, which is why we take the time to truly get to know each child and their family. We celebrate strengths, focus on meaningful goals, and tailor therapy around what matters most to you. Improving mobility, building confidence, increasing independence, accessing play, or supporting participation in everyday family life.

Who We Work With

How We Work

Our therapy sessions are designed to be engaging, child-led, and enjoyable, helping children feel safe, motivated, and confident while working towards their goals. We believe progress happens best when children feel comfortable and families feel involved, so we work closely alongside parents and carers every step of the way. Many of the families we support remain with us for years, allowing us to adapt therapy as their child grows, develops, and reaches new milestones.

Communication and collaboration are central to our approach. We value open, honest conversations and ensure families feel fully included in decisions around their child’s care. We also work closely with schools, nurseries, consultants, and other professionals where needed, helping create a joined-up approach that supports children across all environments.

Above all, we want families to feel supported, respected, and never alone in their journey. We run a monthly coffee morning  in the clinic for free to help families meet and share their experiences. Please get in touch to find out when the next coffee morning is on.

At Mini Wonders, we are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps children achieve their potential while supporting the wellbeing of the whole family.

Been seeing mini wonders for years now for our son, who has made huge improvements because of them. Do not hesitate to visit them if you are thinking about it, you will not regret it!

These guys are the best. A few words in a review can't do justice for how good Mini Wonders is and continues to be for our family. We have seen a lot of great physios in our journey with our daughter and the team at Mini Wonders are by far the best. They are deeply knowledgeable, incredible at explaining their thinking and care deeply about the service they deliver. Their professional and friendly support has meant so much to us as a family on top of the amazing physiotherapy. We feel very lucky to have found them (and say this every time we drive away from a session).

I’ve been bringing my 2 year old to see Angus at Mini Wonders for just over a year now. The progress my son has made in this time is incredible and he wouldn’t have made anywhere near as much progress if we were relying on NHS physio alone. The whole team are wonderful and so friendly. It’s genuinely one of the highlights of our week. Thank you so much Angus and everyone at Mini Wonders for playing such an important part of my son’s progress! ✨✨ I would recommend Mini Wonders to anyone looking for paediatric physio for their little ones.

My son has been seeing Neil for physiotherapy for around 13 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Neil is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and his expertise really shows in the way he works week by week, always adapting sessions to what my son needs at that time. They have built such a fantastic rapport over the years, which makes a huge difference. Neil has a great way of making the sessions engaging while still being very professional and focused on progress. As a parent, I also really value how approachable he is. If I ever have worries or questions, he’s always happy to talk things through and offer reassurance and advice. We feel very lucky to have found such a dedicated and personable physio. I would highly recommend him and the clinic to anyone looking for expert, supportive physiotherapy.

We have been coming to Mini Wonders weekly for over a year now. My youngest has neurological disabilities and is non mobile. When we came in all I was looking for was help with head control. Since then we have seen her take her first steps, sit unaided for a short period and do other things we were told she never would. Every staff member there makes you feel like a friend and like you are at home. There is no clinical feeling, there is no judgement. Just endless support and help. I shout about how mini wonders is the reason my little one is where they are now. I cannot recommend them enough
