Who We Work With

Case Managers

At Mini Wonders, we have over 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families involved in case management. We work closely with case managers, deputies, solicitors, and multidisciplinary teams to provide consistent, high-quality paediatric physiotherapy that supports each child’s individual needs and long-term goals.

Over the years, we have contributed to successful tribunal cases, supported families with adapted home and therapy pool planning, and provided ongoing physiotherapy programmes that evolve alongside a child’s development. We understand the importance of delivering therapy that is clinically effective, family-centred, and seamlessly integrated into wider care plans.

We currently work alongside a wide range of case management companies and professionals, collaborating closely with local services, schools, consultants, and therapy teams. Our physiotherapists regularly attend MDT meetings and provide detailed specialist reports to support clinical decision-making and future planning.

We recognise that the early stages of case management can feel overwhelming for families, with many professionals involved at once. Our aim is to make the assessment and therapy process as smooth and supportive as possible. We gather relevant medical history and existing therapy information in advance where appropriate, helping to reduce duplication and streamline the process for families.

Who We Work With

How We Work

Collaboration is central to the way we work. Wherever possible, we create shared goals and integrated therapy programmes alongside other professionals involved in a child’s care. This joined-up approach helps ensure therapy remains clear, achievable, and meaningful for both children and their families. Many of the families we support have remained with us for years as their child’s needs and goals continue to develop.

Our comprehensive initial assessments can take place either within the community or at our clinic. Following assessment, we provide a detailed report outlining physiotherapy findings, evidence-based outcome measures, recommendations for intervention, and clinically relevant SMART goals agreed with the child and their family. Equipment recommendations and supporting clinical reasoning can also be included to assist with funding and approval processes where needed.

At Mini Wonders, clinical excellence, professionalism, and safety are at the heart of everything we do. All members of our physiotherapy team are fully insured and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists. Our team works in line with Health and Care Professions Council standards, Information Commissioner’s Office regulations, and GDPR requirements. All physiotherapists and therapy assistants hold enhanced DBS checks, available upon request.
